Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure Achievement of Area Volume Targets (Primary and Secondary) on Monthly basis
  • Conduct Morning & Sunset Sessions with DSRs and monitor performance of territories on daily basis.
  • Keep regular track of Field KPIs (Penetration & Bill/Outlet Productivity)
  • Ensure usage of Tools such as Google Maps by Field Officers to increase system efficiency.
  • Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
  • Ensure that all Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are passed on to Customers.
  • Minimize Damages by ensuring that Distributors follow proper Warehouse Standards & use FIFO.
  • Ensure Availability and Visibility through Field Officers & DSRs as Per Agreed Standards
  • Manage & Motivate Distributors for Mutual Business Growth    
  • Provide market intelligence to Head Office on a regular basis.
  • Support RSM in miscellaneous tasks & projects assigned to region.
  • Demonstrate conflict management skills by resolving issues of field team and ensuring discipline and proper conduct of Field Staff in the assigned Area.
  • Ensure all financial claims submitted are timely, correct and authentic and attest all claims of monthly allowances of field officers.
  • Ensure Secondary Sales data reported via CCMS is timely and accurate.

Education

MBA / Master’s degree from a reputable university.

 

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
