Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Trade & Shopper Marketing Plans on Retail & Wholesale
  • Act as a Budget Owner for All Retail & Wholesale Programs
  • Lead the TradeStar Program for Retail 
  • Lead the PSLI Program for Wholesale
  • Lead commercial transformation of retail sales through executional excellence
  • Deliver channelwise volume & value ambitions as a shared responsibility with field sales team
  • Ensure delivery of Visibility KPIs including OSA & SOS compliance, OOS tracking
  • Lead New Launches in Trade

Education

Graduate, preferably an MBA / Masters from a recognized local / international university

 

Experience

A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Field Sales/Trade Marketing Role
