IT Infrastructure & Security Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager IT Infrastructure & Security to lead our network, security, and SAP Basis teams. The role is responsible for designing, managing, and securing enterprise IT infrastructure across the Head Office, Plants, and Sales Offices. This position ensures robust network operations, Microsoft infrastructure security, SAP system availability, and alignment with organizational IT strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
•    Lead and supervise the Network Team and SAP Basis Team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
•    Ensure all IT infrastructure and SAP operations meet business continuity and SLA targets.
•    Drive resource planning, task allocation, and timely execution of projects.
Network & Security Management
•    Oversee firewall (Fortinet, Sangfor) configuration, monitoring, and security compliance.
•    Manage Core, Distribution, and Access layer switching across HO, Plants, and Sales Offices.
•    Govern VLAN design, implementation, and optimization for secure segmentation.
•    Ensure high availability and security of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Microsoft Infrastructure & Security
•    Oversee management of Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, and Intune.
•    Ensure proper identity & access management, endpoint encryption, and data protection.
•    Develop and enforce IT security policies in line with organizational compliance standards.

SAP Basis & System Support
•    Supervise SAP Basis administration, ensuring optimal performance, patching, upgrades, and user management.
•    Ensure SAP system security aligns with enterprise IT security policies.
•    Collaborate with functional and application teams for smooth SAP operations.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Responsibilities
•    Support IT infrastructure modernization projects, including cloud migration, DR planning, and cybersecurity initiatives.
•    Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system reliability, security, and efficiency.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders across plants, head office, and sales offices to align IT with business needs.
 
Qualifications & Skills
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (master's preferred) 
•    8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
•    Strong expertise in firewalls, VLANs, switching, and enterprise networks.
•    Proven experience with Microsoft AD, O365, Intune, and endpoint security solutions.
•    Knowledge of SAP Basis administration (hands-on or supervisory).
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 
Preferred Trainings / Certifications
•    Fortinet NSE / Sangfor Certification (preferred).
•    Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator / Identity & Access Administrator.
•    ITIL v4 Foundation (Preferred).
•    SAP Basis Certification (advantageous).
