Key Objectives of the Job:
- Develop an annual business plan focused on achieving category, SKU, and volume targets at modren trade (IMT / LMT / institution).
- Ensure range availability, touch points, visibility, merchandising standards, as per the shopper journey of indivisual stores.
- Coordinate with supply chain and store operations for timely stock replenishment and operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute annual plans and forecasts as per business strategy.
- Negotiate and renew Joint Business Plan (JBP) contracts, establishing win-win targets.
- Administer annual marketing and promotional agreements, integrating JBP with sales functions.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain stock availability.
- Plan and execute category launches and promotions in collaboration with marketing.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting, including competitive analysis.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and drive category growth

- Manage relationships with major retail partners, negotiating agreements and promotional plans.

- Analyze sales data to optimize inventory, monitor account performance, and identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product availability and high service levels.

- Implement merchandising and visibility strategies to enhance in-store brand presence.
