JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monthly revenue target achievement though orders generation from Customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new customers
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Manage stock levels to ensure expiries are minimized
- Ensure all outlets listed in the PJP are made productive and Carry CBL stocks
- Follow up with Customer staff to ensure Effective Redistribution
- To keep record of all the sales trends and promotions being run on the stores.
- Create and implement territory development plans to maximize market penetration
- Establish and maintain distribution networks and channel partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
