JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monthly revenue target achievement though orders generation from Customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new customers
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Manage stock levels to ensure expiries are minimized
  • Ensure all outlets listed in the PJP are made productive and Carry CBL stocks
  • Follow up with Customer staff to ensure Effective Redistribution
  • To keep record of all the sales trends and promotions being run on the stores.
  • Create and implement territory development plans to maximize market penetration
  • Establish and maintain distribution networks and channel partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
