Skills Set 
1. Labour management, provision of labor as per production plan.
2. Handling all labor grievences and address them skillfully 
3. To display assertive behavior to ensure labor discipline on production floor and ensure implemention of factory code of conduct and food safety standards 
4. Ensure and maintain sufficient labor pool by ensuring gender balance and diversity is maintained 
5. To draw analysis about labor issues, judicious labor utilization with better productivity
6. Attendance, absenteeism, OT and salary management. 
7. Labor facilities areas are maintained and all labor issues are addressed 
8. Organize Training of skilled labor in coordination with production and other department
9. Maintain labor discipline which include anti-theft measures, stop pilfridge of prohibited items at entry gates in coronation with security 
10. Maintain transport pool for female workers through contractor and manage their billing 
11. To be proficient in data analysis and draw conclusions, power point, excel and MS word. 
12. To assist admin staff in any other task assigned. 

Qualification 

Required: Should be MBA and qualified in labor laws
